Tuesday Tips: A DIY Relaxation Bath
Treat yourself to a home-made relaxation bath with a few simple ingredients!
What you'll need:
- 15 drops of Lavender Oil
- 10 drops of Rose Geranium Oil
- 5 drops of Lemongrass Oil
- ½ cup of Jojoba Oil
- 1 Dark Glass Bottle
Instructions:
- Mix the oils together in the dark glass bottle well
- Add two tablespoons of the blend (or more, as desired) to your bath
- Enjoy!
Note: Remember to store your blends in a dark glass bottle, in a cool location to retain the beneficial properties of your essential oils.
